Solo mode challenges you to go it alone and beat challenges to get the best time, discovering shortcuts, hidden spanners and unlocking new stages as you go. Race mode pits you against other cars that twist, turn and throw you through the stratosphere! Then you've got Battle mode, which drives aggression levels all the way up to ten as cars compete to be the last one driving. You're not stuck competing against computer-controller players, either. In Race and Battle modes up to eight human players can get involved. The game also caters for a range of tastes – the Wii Remote, Classic Controllers, Nunchuk, Nintendo GameCube controllers and force feedback racing wheels are all supported.
