New Era Hats Online, Not Only Caps
We have seen so many hip-hop, R&B superstar and pioneer wearing monster energy hats in any occasion. (can be translated into New Era Cap, New Era Caps, New Era Hat, New Era Hats, the following is similar.) We can also see that numerous international famous brands are in cooperation with New Era brand to launch joint products. New Era not only merely represents a hat brand.
Ehrhardt Koch founded the E Koch Cap Co. with only 14 staff in Buffalo New York in 1920, and changed its name to New Era in 1922. In 1932, the company designed their first version of baseball cap, and then got an exclusive license and started to supply specifically Cleveland Indians (Cleveland Indians) professional baseball team for hat. This is their first specifical team. In 1940s, New Era had provided caps for several professional baseball caps. Thereafter, it started its fierce competition with different brands (like Wilson, Spalding, and Rawlings, etc.). In the late 1940s, New Era mainly manufactured caps that wearers can change its size. Until 1954, they redesigned their caps' appearance and color with Brooklyn style and then named it 59 Fifty. In 1965, nfl hats had provided team cap for 10 Major League Baseball teams. In 1969 New Era designed a unique "full closure" cap. Until 1974, New Era exclusively provided the team cap for 20 to 24 Major League Baseball teams. In the beginning of 1980s, New Era could provide for 23 baseball Major Leagur teams, but also gained large orders, such as: school and local enterprises, international baseball team, golf and so on.
In 1986 New Era launched a cap called MLB Diamond Collection which is provided to American baseball association. The public can also buy it from store. This was very successful and it even became a fashionable trend at that time to match whatever clothes with New Era hat. In 1993, New Era Hats completely defeated its then major rivals and got the exclusively supplying license granted by American MLB.
In 1996, the famous black American director Spike Lee directed a film personally asked New Era to design a full red team cap with white font of the New York Yankees team for him, which then made the New Era raise a great fame. In American, streets of people would often been seen, whether adults or children, wan or women, old or young, wearing New Era Caps.
In 2006, New Era Cap Company transferred its headquarters from Buffalo suburb to the central busy section. In May 2006, New Era's first flagship store was opened in SOHO of New York City. In November 2006, its second flagship store was set in Buffalo, the On March in 2007, New Era was not only had a strict demand on designs and emphasized on innovation. In terms of materials, New Era cap use 100% cotton and excellent 100% Terylene, which revolutionizes the traditional way of producing cap. In spring of 2007, the third flagship store opened in London. In August of the same year, New Era successively opened stores in Queen Street West, Atlanta, Berlin, Birmingham, Japan, and Korea.
Since New Era Caps appeared in the film of famous black director Spike Lee in 1996, New Era has not only been a commodity deep into people's life, but also stand for a kind of culture, and a kind of big popular trend.
